What Sets Our Training Apart
Our focus is on the holistic practice of yoga, extending beyond perfect postures to emphasise the connection with self.
We don't focus solely on the physical postures (asanas). Instead, we explore the holistic nature of yoga, which encompasses not only asana but also the philosophy and lifestyle.
Our teacher training offers an immersive learning experience. We believe in learning by doing. The training is packed with hands-on experiences that allow you to put your knowledge into practice from day one.
Beyond the physical postures, our immersive experience invites you to embark on a profound inner journey of self-discovery and personal growth. You'll not only gain teaching skills but also explore your own potential for growth and self-discovery.
We bring a non-judgmental and non-competitive approach to our training, cultivating a true learning community. You'll feel encouraged and nurtured, creating a safe space for exploration and development. Joining our training also means you'll share your journey with fellow practitioners, fostering meaningful connections and friendships
Why should I become a Yoga Teacher?
Becoming a yoga teacher is about more than learning physical postures; it’s a transformative journey into a new way of connecting with yourself and others. This training isn’t just about movement—it's about adopting a trauma-informed approach that teaches compassionate language and supports personal growth. As you step into the role of the teacher, you’ll gain confidence to create inclusive, thoughtful sequences and discover how yoga is a lifelong practice for mind, body, and soul. This experience is a chance to expand, transform, and dedicate time to your own growth, with guidance from supportive trainers every step of the way.
We believe that yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practice. Our person-centred approach is based on the unique needs of each individual and connects to the holistic lineage of Yoga.
